This policy explains how MathMigo LLC handles your data.
1. What We Collect
Account information such as parent name, email address, timezone, and sign-in details. Child profile information you provide, such as first name and math progress. Worksheet photos, answers, grading results, generated worksheets, and basic device, usage, analytics, and error-reporting data needed to operate the beta.
2. How We Use It
To provide MathMigo, generate worksheets, grade submitted work, show progress, support accounts, debug errors, protect the service, and improve educational quality. We do not sell personal data, use child data for advertising, or enable session replay in the beta.
3. Third-Party Services
We use service providers for hosting, storage, authentication, worksheet generation, analytics, error tracking, payments, and waitlist collection. The waitlist is hosted by YouForm. Payment details are handled by Apple and are never stored on our servers. Providers receive only the data needed to perform their services for us.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
Account and child learning data is kept while your account is active or while needed to provide the beta. You can request deletion or delete your account in the app. Active records are deleted from the service, while limited copies may remain briefly in logs, backups, or security records until those systems expire.
